Option 5

This configuration displays a text description of the stock level with colours as follows, with additional options for low stock:

• AVAILABLE is displayed where Free Stock is greater than the actual stock on hand minus an offset (see note below)
• LIMITED STOCK is displayed where Free Stock is less than the actual stock on hand minus an offset (see note below)
• ETA DD/MM/YY is displayed where Free Stock is 0 or less than the order quantity and a purchase order exists. This shows either the date the purchase order is expected or TBC (to be confirmed).
• CONTACT STORE is displayed where Free Stock is 0 or less than the order quantity and no purchase order exists.
